WHAT THIS BLOG IS
WHAT THIS BLOG IS NOT
ADVERTISING
This blog is written is to inform people about my experiences in self directed investing so they can learn from my mistakes and profit from my wins. I have been investing for over 40 years and have made a fair amount of money and lost a fair amount of money and in doing so have learned valuable lessons.
Topics to be covered include: penny stocks, value and dividend stocks, long versus short positions, defensive stocks, impact investing, newsletters, investment platforms, and much more.
I am not a licensed investment advisor and will not give any advice on investments to buy, or Investments to sell. The material provided here is informational and designed to add to your overall understanding of investing markets. Nothing herein is intended as a recommendation for the reader to take any action.
Investing is risky and you should always seek legal, tax, and investment advice from your own advisors. No one pays me for stock advice and I have no liability if someone incurs losses.
Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
One thing I find particularly annoying is a blog that is overrun with advertising, so much so that you cannot read two sentences without having a banner pop up or multiple advertisements jumping out at you. I am not a professional blogger and am not planning to make a living on ads from this blog. That being said, if I do see a product that I think is beneficial or worthwhile for the readers I will include it in the blog.
Let me know if it ever gets annoying.
